| Contemporary education has become nothing but
examinations, performance, and marks. The consequent
tension and pressure on the student as well as the
teacher has robbed all play and fun from it. Why,
even our play has become a very serious business!
Learning can be and should be fun. Unless we bring
in an element of playfulness in our learning, and
learning in our play, education becomes just a burden.
And burdened body-mind gets tense, which in turn
creates fear. We have activities to nurture the
positive qualities and to alleviate fear and other
negativities. |
